PALFA Conferences
Hosting Guidelines
An international conference shall be hosted on a rotational basis among African regions every two years.
- •Host country identified and approved at the General Assembly.
- •Hosting rights are voluntary but may be withdrawn if capacity is lacking.
Selection Criteria
- 1.Active Membership of NePALA.
- 2.Ability to present a preliminary plan of action.
- 3.Active Affiliate with a work plan and reports.
- 4.Record of holding national/international literacy conferences.

Honoring Innovation
The Executive Committee of NePALA shall create the criteria, modalities, and guidelines to reward innovative literacy teachers, researchers, and Affiliates across the continent. Such awards shall be presented during PALFA Conferences.
