The Network of Pan Africann Literacy Association (NePALA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on November 12, 2025 with the Sun Books Literacy Initiative, a project of the World Literacy Foundation, focused on advancing literacy development, professional engagement, and knowledge exchange across Africa. The MOU established a framework for non-financial collaboration centred on literacy-focused events, advocacy, outreach, community engagement, and the strengthening of professional networks within the African literacy ecosystem.
